Michal is a graduate of the prestigious Ivy League institution – Columbia University in New York with a degree in Economics and Finance (concentration in Business Management). He is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate.
An expert in advisory projects in the fields of corporate finance, company valuation, economic and financial analysis, as well as budgeting and controlling, Michal has extensive professional experience as a financial analyst and manager at the consulting firm Ernst & Young in New York and Toronto. He has participated in numerous international projects involving valuations, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, tax disputes and debt financing arrangements. Since 2022, he has served as the financial director and consultant, assisting company executives and shareholders in strategic decision-making.
In his free time, Michal enjoys staying active on the tennis court, practicing martial arts, and traveling around the world.
